• We will set up a time and a place to meet with you and your DJ, preferably 2 to 3 weeks before your event.  (If possible)  

Planning

• Review song selection and any special dedications.
• Plan order of all events for your reception.
• Discuss special announcements.
• Coordinate timing of music to begin and music to end.
• Find out from event center regarding rules of when music must end. 
• Discuss time and place for reception music (If applicable)
• Bring any deposit required.
• Both parties sign contract.

Day of Event

• Bring balance of deposit
• We promise continuous music for cocktail and dinner hour.
• We promise non stop fun with your requests and favorite music.
• Everything is in place and let us handle the music and announcements according to your specifications. 
• We will ask you at the end of the night if we can use you for a referrals. (This allows future couples to hear what others thought of our performance).
